Soley Lavish Deposit Policy

At Soley Lavish, we value transparency and commitment in every transaction. For select products, custom orders, preorders, and consulting services, a deposit is required before production or scheduling can begin. Please review our deposit policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Deposit Requirements

  • A minimum deposit of 50% of the total order amount is required to start production or secure your booking.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total balance of your order or service.

  • Deposits must be paid in full before any work, design, or order fulfillment begins.

2. Balance Payment

  • The remaining balance is due prior to shipment or completion of the order or service.

  • Orders will not be released, shipped, or delivered until the remaining balance has been paid in full.

  • Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All deposits are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of materials, production, labor, and administrative processing.

  • If you choose to cancel your order after production or consultation has begun, your deposit cannot be refunded or transferred to another purchase.

  • In the unlikely event that Soley Lavish must cancel your order due to a mishap by Soley Lavish, your deposit will be refunded in full.

4. Preorders and Custom Orders

  • Deposits placed on preorder or custom items guarantee reservation of your product or service.

  • Once your item is ready, you will receive notification to complete the remaining payment within 7 days.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance within the specified period will result in order cancellation and loss of the deposit.

5. Consulting Services

  • Consulting retainers require a 50% deposit prior to beginning services.

  • This deposit secures your consultation time, brand research, and preparation.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before the delivery of final materials or completion of the project.
