Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging attached.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, swimwear, bodysuits, and beauty/skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
