1. How can I contact Soley Lavish customer support?

You can reach our team anytime at support@soleylavish.com. We typically respond within 24–48 business hours. Please include your order number for faster assistance.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time for most orders is 3–4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–4business days after processing

  • International Orders: 3–5 business days after processing

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

3. How can I Track my Order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment directly from DHL. If you haven’t received tracking information within 1 business day, please contact support@soleylavish.com.

4. Can I make Changes or Cancel my Order after placing It?

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we can only modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in production or transit and cannot be changed.

5. What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

6. Do you offer Exchanges?

Yes. Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, pending availability. If the requested item is sold out, you can choose a refund or store credit.

7. Which items are Final Sale?

For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear, lingerie, and beauty/skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout are also non-returnable.

8. What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely. Cashapp also accepted $Soleylavish.

9. Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, Soley Lavish proudly ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

10. Do you offer Consulting Services?

Yes. Through Soley Lavish Consulting, we provide professional guidance for boutique owners and entrepreneurs — including brand development, vendor sourcing, and e-commerce strategy.
